Greg Anderson, President & CEO Greg Anderson has more than 25 years experience in the construction industry, both on the East and West coasts. Originally from New Jersey, Greg began his career as an apprentice working for a variety of contractors and working his way up to Superintendent. Now a resident of Escondido, Greg has worked as a superintendent and project manager for OSSO Construction and OSSO Miller Pacific in Coronado, CA. Greg established AGS Builders, a corporation and California licensed general contractor, in 2005. He has performed many home remodeling and commercial projects in the San Diego County area. His expertise and business focus is on high-quality custom home and commercial construction.
Theresa Anderson, Vice President Theresa Anderson has more than 20 years in the sales industry and is now heads the business development arm of AGS Builders. She is also responsible for AGS Builders business administration.
Caroline Fenton, Admin. Services Manager Caroline Fenton has more than 25 years in the administrative field and has more than 15 years in the construction industry. She has been a project coordinator for two of the largest Southern California HVAC and electrical contractors and has also worked for architects and property managers.
Field Personnel AGS Builders employs a crew of experienced tradespeople. They have been hand selected by Greg and Mark because of their carpentry and general construction skills and their conscientious building practices. There has been no turnover in the AGS Builders field staff, which demonstrates the quality of work and management practices AGS Builders has established.
